About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete growth strategy and full-funnel user journey.
- Drive acquisition across crypto-native and traditional trader segments.
- Build growth through KOLs, creators, communities, referrals, incentives, partnerships, SEO, UGC, PR, and content.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and external vendors.
- Lead a 3-member team across SEO, UGC, and Content.
- Own growth budgets, P&L, KPIs, experimentation, and ROI.
- Build scalable growth processes, dashboards, automation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Work directly with the Founder on high-impact growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Growth / Growth Marketing / User Acquisition, preferably in consumer startups.
- Experience in Fintech, Crypto, Trading, Web3, Consumer Internet, or Financial Products.
- Proven track record of scaling users and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience with crypto-native distribution, KOLs, communities, creators, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Experience managing significant budgets or P&L.
- Prior experience as a Founder, Founding Team Member, First Growth Hire, or Early-Stage Operator is preferred.
- Strong hands-on execution, experimentation, analytics, and AI/automation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
