About the Role


Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
• Identify and engage prospective customers for Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Licensing .
• Develop new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and positioning suitable cloud solutions.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate the complete order processing cycle from order confirmation to delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
• Follow up with customers on proposals, renewals, licensing requirements, and order status.
• Support pipeline management and ensure timely movement of opportunities toward closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations for seamless execution.
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities for existing customers, including license renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  
  Required Skills & Competencies

• 26 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Cloud Solution Sales .
• Hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Customer Acquisition .
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure , Microsoft 365 , Office 365 , and Microsoft Cloud Licensing.
• Exposure to Cloud Solution Selling, Software Licensing, or IT Infrastructure Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
