We are building the best automation company for retail and ecommerce brands. Our mission: increase Earth's GMV.

• Manifest AI is an agentic builder platform (Agent Studio) that lets brands build their own AI agents without code, across storefront, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and post-purchase. 500+ brands run on it.
• BIK.ai is a full-stack CRM for D2C brands: helpdesk, marketing automation and an AI agent builder in one.

We went from zero to $7M ARR in about three years. We are backed by Y Combinator and Peak XV (formerly Sequoia India), with leadership in New York and the core team in India.

What we look for in everyone: ownership without being asked, speed, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for measurable customer outcomes over activity.

About the Role

You turn our 500+ customers into our biggest growth channel, and you run the experiments that fill pipeline for Manifest AI and BIK.

Key Responsibilities

Growth

• Own the top of funnel: website conversion on getmanifest.ai, lead capture, nurture and handoff to sales.
• Run a weekly experiment cadence across landing pages, offers (free CX audit, 30-day trial, paid pilot), email and LinkedIn.
• Work with our performance marketer on paid channels and hold the team to pipeline and CAC, not clicks.
• Build and maintain growth reporting in HubSpot: traffic to MQL to SQL to closed-won, by channel.

Customer marketing

• Build a case study engine: at least two published customer stories a month with hard numbers (automation rate, ROI, influenced revenue).
• Run reference, review and advocacy programs (G2, Shopify App Store, testimonials, customer LinkedIn posts).
• Drive adoption and expansion marketing to existing customers: launches, new agents, webinars, newsletters.
• Turn customer wins into sales assets: one-pagers, ROI calculators, vertical playbooks.
• Run customer community and events alongside the founders.

What we are looking for

• 4-7 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with clear ownership of a pipeline or revenue number.
• Has shipped customer marketing at scale: case studies, review programs, advocacy.
• Strong writer who can interview a customer and turn it into a sharp story in a day.
• Data-fluent: comfortable in HubSpot, GA and spreadsheets, and makes decisions from them.
• Understands ecommerce and D2C buyers, ideally US and India both.
• Moves fast, works with little process, and wants to own outcomes directly with the CEO.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing an AI or automation product.
• Has built a LinkedIn content engine for founders or a brand.

Success Metrics: First 6 Months

• Marketing-sourced pipeline and SQLs.
• Website and trial conversion rates.
• Case studies, reviews and references published per month.
• Expansion revenue influenced by customer marketing.
