Growth Consultant (Amazon & Content Marketing) | Founder's Office

Harpy Media is a D2C growth agency running Amazon and social media growth for consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 4 client brand accounts on Amazon India: listing optimisation, advertising, pricing, ranking
• Own client communication end to end: weekly reporting, performance reviews, recommendations, and defending those recommendations on a call
• Build and maintain performance trackers in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, month on month analysis
• Own content marketing across YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram: calendar, publishing, engagement, weekly analytics review with the founder
• Coordinate internal delivery so client commitments ship on time

Required

• Strong written and spoken English. You will write client emails and run client calls from month one, unassisted.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and analysis
• Willing to work six days a week from our Meerut office. Not negotiable, no hybrid option.
• Available to join full-time immediately
• Not currently freelancing and not intending to continue freelancing alongside this role

Preferred, not required

• Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, performance marketing, or social media management
• Evidence of having competed at something seriously: district level sport, a competition you placed in, a business you ran, a job held while studying

Education: Any graduate, any stream. We do not filter on degree or college.

What this is not: an executive seat supporting someone else's accounts. You own the accounts. The content marketing half of this role grows into brand marketing for anyone who is good at it. You will work directly with the founder, an ISB alumna who was Chief of Staff at global organisations following Big4 consulting engagements.
