GROWTH CAPTAIN (Senior Sales Manager) Real Estate
Location: Noida & Siddharth Vihar
Salary: Up to 90,000/month + incentives
For: 2+ yrs experience, proven closers, natural leaders
You'll be doing:
- Owning a market, leading a small squad, closing bigger tickets
- Mentoring Growth Associates into future Captains
- Direct visibility with leadership no red tape, no "wait for approval" culture
