Growth Associate

We're hiring: Growth Associate at WAHE Jewellery

We're looking for someone who sees opportunities where others see problems.

At WAHE Jewellery, we're building a modern jewellery brand with a long term ambition to create something meaningful and differentiated.

We're looking for a Growth Associate who will work closely with the founders across partnerships, new initiatives, growth experiments and whatever else can help move the business forward.

This is not a role where you'll be handed a fixed list of tasks every morning.

You might be working on a new partnership one week, exploring a new customer acquisition channel the next, and then figuring out how to launch an entirely new initiative.

What you'll work on:

• Building and managing strategic partnerships

• Identifying new growth opportunities

• Developing and executing new initiatives from scratch

• Exploring new channels, markets and customer segments

• Running growth experiments and measuring what works

• Finding and developing new business opportunities

• Turning ideas into action and taking them from 0 to 1

• Working closely with the founders on high priority business problems

• Finding ways to make WAHE bigger, better and more relevant

Who are we looking for

Someone who is curious, commercially minded and extremely proactive.

You should be comfortable picking up a problem without knowing exactly how to solve it.

You should enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.

Most importantly, you should have a bias towards action.

We care less about having the perfect background and more about how you think, how quickly you learn and what you do when nobody gives you a playbook.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Are entrepreneurial by nature

• Think in terms of opportunities, not just tasks

• Are comfortable with ambiguity

• Have strong communication and relationship building skills

• Can take an idea from a WhatsApp message to actual execution

• Are curious about brands, consumers and business

• Want to work closely with founders and have a real impact on the business
