About the Role

We're looking for a Growth & Operations Intern to work closely with our instructors and internal teams to build and launch high-quality courses.

You will play a key role in taking a course from the initial planning stage to final launch — coordinating with instructors, tracking deliverables, solving execution issues, and making sure everything stays on schedule.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable talking to people, and enjoys getting things done.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with instructors throughout the complete course development process.
• Discuss course structure, curriculum, recordings, assignments, projects, and other requirements with instructors.
• Follow up with instructors regularly to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Track the progress of multiple courses and maintain clear timelines.
• Coordinate course reviews, feedback, and revisions with instructors and internal teams.
• Identify delays or issues in the course development process and work towards resolving them.
• Coordinate with content, product, and other teams involved in taking a course from development to launch.
• Maintain documentation and trackers for course development.
• Support research and other growth/operations initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For

• B.Tech/B.E. in CSE or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with instructors and stakeholders.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
• Proactive mindset — you should be someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Good problem-solving and execution skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic productivity tools.
• Interest in edtech, startups, product, growth, or operations.
