Job Description: Care Steward

We are hiring Care Stewards for a patient-support service in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

The role involves supporting patients and families during hospital-related processes and helping

them coordinate with hospital desks for non-clinical requirements.

This is a field-based role inside hospitals. It is not a nursing or medical role.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present with patients and families during hospital-related processes.
• Coordinate with hospital desks such as admission, billing, insurance/TPA, pharmacy,

diagnostics, ward desk, and discharge desk.

• Share updates with the family and internal team.
• Follow company checklists, documentation, and escalation process.
• Maintain professional conduct inside hospitals.

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

• Young, energetic candidates comfortable with field work.
• Prior experience in a hospital, nursing home, diagnostic centre, or home healthcare

setting.

• Candidates who are calm, presentable, organized, and good at speaking to families and

hospital staff.

• Candidates comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, Google Forms/Sheets, and basic mobile

apps.

Preferred backgrounds include hospital front office, billing desk, insurance/TPA desk, ward

coordination, patient coordination, diagnostic centre operations, and healthcare field operations.
