About the role
You will join the Growth and Retention team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on role, not an observer role. You will work closely with the team to run retention campaigns across Push, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp, and grow into content strategy and data-driven decision making.
What you will do
- Run day-to-day (BAU) retention campaigns across Push, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp, as per the content calendar.
- Write and test creative copy to improve open rates and click-through rates.
- Track daily revenue from retention campaigns and flag any deviations.
- Work with the team to take data-backed decisions on content, send timing and audience segments.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to get creative assets ready on time.
- Maintain campaign trackers and keep documentation up to date.
What we are looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed a graduation, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong written English, and comfortable writing consumer-facing content.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting.
- Genuine interest in growth marketing, CRM or e-commerce.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, able to work independently once onboarded.
