Growth Analyst (Web3 Research & Strategy)

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Web3—someone who enjoys researching trends, discovering opportunities before they become mainstream, and turning market insights into actionable product recommendations. If you spend hours exploring new crypto products, reading X threads, testing protocols, and analyzing why certain projects succeed while others fail, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Your primary responsibility is to help answer one question:

“What should CyreneAI build next?” You’ll continuously research the Web3 ecosystem and provide strategic recommendations by:

• Monitoring trends across Launchpads, DeFi, Gaming, AI, RWAs, Prediction Markets, SocialFi, DePIN, Stablecoins, and emerging sectors.
• Tracking competitors and analyzing their products, features, pricing, tokenomics, incentives, and GTM strategies.
• Identifying features users love, dislike, or repeatedly request.
• Studying market sentiment across X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, Reddit, YouTube, and crypto communities.
• Preparing weekly research reports with actionable insights.
• Suggesting new products, features, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Analyzing successful product launches and explaining why they worked.
• Monitoring ecosystem grants, hackathons, accelerator programs, and funding trends.
• Evaluating startup ideas that could fit within the CyreneAI ecosystem.
• Identifying gaps in the market before competitors do.

What Success Looks Like After joining, you’ll become the team’s “market intelligence” person. Your reports should help answer questions like:

• What products are currently trending?
• Which narratives are gaining momentum?
• Which narratives are losing traction?
• What are our competitors building?
• What features should we prioritize?
• What opportunities is everyone missing?
• Which startups should we partner with?
• Where can CyreneAI become a market leader?

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong interest in Web3, crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Loves researching products and analyzing markets.
• Can explain complex trends in simple language.
• Has excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Enjoys testing new products before everyone else.
• Is curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Can create clear reports and presentations.
• Understands user psychology and market behavior.
• Can independently discover opportunities instead of waiting for instructions.
• Experience using DeFi protocols or crypto wallets.
• Familiarity with launchpads and token launches.
• Understanding of prediction markets and on-chain ecosystems.
• Basic SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization skills.
• Experience with AI tools for research and analysis.
• Active participation in crypto communities.
