About this role
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead critical product initiatives across the customer journey, with ownership spanning Homepage Experience and Order Management. This role will be responsible for driving user engagement, discovery, conversion, order tracking, post-order experience, and operational efficiency across millions of customer interactions. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, customer obsession, data-driven decision making, and execution excellence. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to build scalable, high-impact customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Homepage Experience: - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Homepage across web and mobile platforms. - Improve customer engagement, discovery, personalization, retention, and conversion through innovative user experiences. - Design and optimize recommendation systems, merchandising frameworks, content placements, and promotional modules. - Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve homepage performance. - Define personalization strategies using customer segmentation, contextual signals, and machine learning-driven recommendations. - Drive A/B testing programs to optimize click-through rates, engagement metrics, conversion, and revenue outcomes. - Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to create high-performing customer acquisition and retention journeys. Order Management: - Own end-to-end customer order lifecycle including order placement, confirmation, tracking, fulfillment visibility, modifications, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer communication. - Build scalable systems that improve transparency, reliability, and customer trust throughout the order journey. - Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to identify and solve fulfillment pain points. - Drive initiatives that improve order success rates, reduce cancellations, enhance delivery experience, and improve customer satisfaction metrics. - Define customer-facing and operational workflows that balance business efficiency with user experience. - Improve post-order engagement through proactive communication, alerts, tracking experiences, and issue-resolution journeys. Product Leadership: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes. - Prioritize initiatives using customer impact, business value, operational efficiency, and engineering effort considerations. - Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. - Establish product success metrics and drive accountability through data-driven decision making. - Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around product priorities. Data & Analytics: - Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and prioritize investments. - Build dashboards and monitoring frameworks to track product health and customer behavior. - Analyze funnels, engagement metrics, retention trends, conversion rates, and operational KPIs. - Drive experimentation culture through structured hypothesis generation and A/B testing. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. - 11-14 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplaces, food delivery, quick commerce, retail-tech, or high-scale digital platforms. - Proven experience owning customer-facing products with measurable business impact. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing Homepage, Discovery, Search, Recommendations, Personalization, Order Management, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Customer Experience products. - Experience operating products at scale with millions of users and transactions. - Familiarity with recommendation systems, customer lifecycle management, and growth frameworks. - Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization, retention strategies, and operational workflows. - Experience with SQL, analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and product analytics frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Success Metrics: - Homepage engagement and conversion uplift. - Customer retention and repeat usage. - Order success rate and fulfillment efficiency. - Reduction in cancellations, refunds, and support tickets. - Improvement in customer satisfaction and NPS. - Revenue, GMV, and business growth contribution. - Experimentation velocity and product adoption metrics.
