Group Product Manager

The Director of Product will be a key product leader, working closely with the Head of Product and Founders to define product strategy, priorities and the product organisation as Zenskar scales.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define product vision and strategy with founders.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact customer/business problems.
• Convert strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap.

Product and AI Innovation:

• Own products across billing, usage, revenue recognition, collections and financial automation.
• Identify opportunities to use AI for finance workflow automation.
• Balance automation with accuracy, control and explainability.

Customer-Centric Product Development:

• Build customer discovery and feedback mechanisms.
• Convert customer insights into product priorities.
• Focus on adoption and measurable customer value.

Product Execution:

• Build scalable discovery, prioritisation and launch processes.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design and GTM.
• Establish accountability and continuous improvement.

Product Leadership:

• Hire, coach and develop Product Managers/Product Leaders.
• Define ownership across product areas.
• Develop PMs into strong product leaders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with Founders, Engineering, Design, Sales, CS and Finance.
• Influence senior stakeholders and resolve product trade-offs.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Product Leadership:

• 7-12 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong experience building/scaling complex B2B SaaS products.
• Experience owning a large product area, multiple product lines or a product portfolio.
• Strong product strategy experience.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.

People Leadership:

• Experience managing/coaching PMs or Product Leaders.
• Experience building Product teams.
• Strong executive presence.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution/detail levels.

Technical Depth:

• Strong technical fluency.
• Comfortable with architecture, APIs, data models, integrations and system constraints.
• Experience with platforms, infrastructure products, APIs or workflow-heavy SaaS is highly valuable.
• Ability to make trade-offs around scalability, technical debt and speed.

AI Product Experience:

• AI/ML product or workflow experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of AI product leverage.
• Knowledge of AI reliability, evaluation, explainability and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• AI agents/workflow-executing products are a strong plus.
