Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand Management

• Develop short-term and long-term brand strategies for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, prescription behavior, and customer insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio expansion.
• Manage product lifecycle from launch planning to maturity.

Product Launch & Portfolio Management

• Lead new product launches and line extensions.
• Develop launch strategies, positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions.

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Prepare annual marketing plans and operating budgets.
• Design promotional campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives across regions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
• Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.
• Foster innovation and strategic thinking within the marketing team.

Sales Force Effectiveness

• Work closely with sales teams to achieve brand objectives.
• Conduct cycle meetings, product training sessions, and field visits.
• Develop sales tools and brand communication strategies.

Market Research & Analytics

• Monitor prescription audits, market share data, and sales trends.
• Interpret IQVIA/AWACS market data and generate actionable insights.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
