About the Role We are looking for an experienced
Group Product Manager to lead the
Lead Acquisition & Growth charter, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that drive both
online and offline lead generation , optimize customer acquisition funnels, and accelerate business growth. This role will focus on building scalable products that power digital customer acquisition while also enabling offline channels such as field sales, channel partners, referrals, and events. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Science, and Leadership to build products that maximize lead quality, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lead Acquisition & Growth across online and offline channels.
- Build and scale products that drive customer acquisition through
organic, paid, referral, partner, and field sales channels .
- Design and optimize end-to-end lead acquisition journeys—from discovery and lead capture to qualification, assignment, nurturing, and conversion.
- Develop products that support
offline lead generation through field sales, channel partners, inside sales, events, retail touchpoints, and referral networks.
- Build capabilities for lead capture, lead routing, lead scoring, CRM integrations, campaign attribution, and sales workflow automation.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion across all acquisition channels.
- Drive organic growth initiatives through SEO, website optimization, content discovery, landing pages, and customer journey enhancements.
- Lead experimentation using A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and monitor acquisition metrics, identify funnel bottlenecks, and continuously improve customer conversion.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize, build, and launch scalable growth products.
- Mentor Product Managers and foster best practices in product discovery, execution, and experimentation.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to customer acquisition and growth products.
- Proven experience building products that support
both online and offline lead generation .
- Experience working on products related to:
- Lead Management
- Lead Capture & Qualification
- CRM & Sales Automation
- Field Force Management
- Partner/Channel Management
- Referral Programs
- Organic Growth & SEO
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Customer Journey Optimization
- Growth Experimentation
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, user behavior, attribution models, and growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Data teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. -
Preferred Background Candidates from
Consumer Internet, D2C, E-commerce, PropTech, FinTech, SaaS, Marketplaces, Mobility, or other high-growth technology companies with experience in customer acquisition and growth products will be preferred. Key Success Metrics
