Group Manager Telesales Naukri

Naukri FastForward is looking for a high-potential sales leader to manage a team of 10–20 tele-sales executives and drive revenue growth through strong execution, coaching, and people leadership.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building high-performing sales teams while delivering consistent business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Drive key sales metrics including conversion, productivity, revenue per lead, and average ticket size.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Forecast business trends and proactively manage risks.

1. People Leadership

• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
• Conduct effective 1:1s focused on performance, engagement, and career growth.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership.
• Identify and develop future team leaders and improve team retention.

1. Operational Excellence

• Manage floor productivity, roster planning, and shrinkage.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, process adherence, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
