Job Role:

• Developing a category strategy based on market trends, WGSN insights, and previous season sales analysis.
• Leading product development to enhance fissionability, product design, and quality.
• Delivering qualitative and quantitative briefs to the design team and ensuring timely range sign-offs.
• Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking to optimize product pricing and profitability.
• Driving availability and discoverability in stores through effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitoring retail performance to increase SSPD, ABS, and LTL growth across stores.
• Ensuring timely product launches and handovers as per the seasonal calendar.
• Collaborating with VM, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing to maximize product performance during peak selling periods.
• Providing quick feedback and implementing learnings to enhance product proposition and customer satisfaction.
• Becoming a solution provider by addressing retail challenges and improving overall profitability.
