Group Leader -Stores

• To plan for daily/weekly vehicle delivery as per the marketrequirement. To ensure desired stock level of SKUs at
• Warehouse. To plan for parts delivery from feedershops,assembly units, stores to achieve Vehicle Sequence plan.

• Release vehicle sequence plan conveyorwise based on SAP weekplan and
• Warehouse stock of SKUs
• Co-ordinate with feeder units/Stores/Central procurement forreceipt of parts for Vehicle/Engine Sequence plan
• Release Export packing sequence plan based on FIFO andexecute work ordersCo-ordinate for daily production review and delivery assurance review
• Release day production plan of Stranger models within weekas per SAP plan and ensure parts availability
• Execute Week plan to achieve Weekly color model servicelevel and No of Runner SKUs color model service level achieved between 95% to 105%
• Communicate daily gap analysis for Vehicle/Engine sequenceplan.
• Maintain discipline and encourage team working of allmembers of the unit through counseling, coaching and Motivation
• Co-ordinate with NPD,CP,PED, Program for initial productionand Mass production of new models in domestic and export.

• Achieve Sequence plan adherence
• Achieve Domestic Weekly color model service level
• Maintain SKU/Variant availability as per norms at Warehouse
