• Audit Improve 2S,JH safety.
• Audit workmen deployment organise resources for production
• Review sequence plan for the availability of painted parts.
• Conduct daily PDCA for quality, delivery performance and monitor to improve process parameters within control limits.
• Conduct weekly audit to verify adherance to standards/SDCA of part process.
• Take corrective actions for customer complaints related to painting process and process rework.
• Provide recommendation feedback during EJO process at painting.
• Support PED for providing new models variants.
• Control of non conforming products.
• Raise Revex for improvement activities.
• Identifying losses and make contingency plan.
• Review Team leader cell performance measures.
• Review counsel workmen on attendance efficiency
• Identification Implementation of SIT/CFT projects related to policy, MPCP facilitate QCC.
