Group Lead, Global GBS

Job Description Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Lead, Global GBS to oversee and optimize global business services operations, driving efficiency and excellence across various functions. This role is crucial in leading a team, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage a team of GBS professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Drive and implement change management initiatives to optimize global business services processes and systems.
• Oversee financial management aspects of GBS operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Implement and monitor performance management frameworks to track team and individual KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across all GBS functions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Manage various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks within the GBS environment.
• Provide strong team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value is maximized.

Job Qualifications**

• Proven experience in Change Management, with a track record of successfully leading organizational change.
• Strong background in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Extensive experience in Operations Management within a global business services context.
• Expertise in Performance Management (PM) methodologies and tools.
• A strong history of identifying and implementing Process Improvements that deliver tangible results.
• Proficiency in Project Management principles and practices, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of Risk Management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Exceptional Team Leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and engagement.
• Experience in Vendor Management, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
