+ You would be responsible for

• Anchor the annual strategy formulation and Annual Strategic Workshop (ASW) process across clusters and functions.
• Coordinate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate strategic plans and board-level inputs.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities, partnerships, skilling, and capacity building initiatives.
• Support business performance improvement projects through problem-solving, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor benchmarking to generate actionable insights.
• Facilitate strategy workshops by bringing external perspectives, trends, and best practices into discussions.
• Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of defined outcomes and timelines.
• Develop business insights, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools for leadership teams.
• Monitor and support strategy deployment through scorecard development and performance management processes.
• Prepare strategic summaries, presentations, and decision papers for senior leadership and Board reviews.
