We're Hiring: Group Head – Engineering (Electrical)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 17–24 Years

We are looking for an experienced Group Head – Engineering (Electrical) with strong expertise in electrical engineering within the Power Generation industry, including Hydropower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical engineering and design activities for greenfield, brownfield, refurbishment, and modernization projects.

Oversee engineering studies, DPRs, design basis reports, technical specifications, and detailed engineering documentation.

Provide technical support for project execution, commissioning, and operational plant requirements.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Drive cost optimization, energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and technology upgrades.

Manage engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Support technical evaluations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

17–24 years of experience in the power generation industry.

Strong electrical engineering knowledge in thermal and/or hydropower generation, with relevant experience in hydropower preferred.

Expertise in engineering design, technical reviews, project execution, and electrical equipment.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
