Group Consolidation & MIS - Officer

• Prepare monthly MIS, actuals and cash flow statements.
• Support XBRL filing and consolidation disclosure notes.
• Handle group-wide inter-company (IC) reconciliation, ageing and mismatch resolution.
• Drive ICMR tool activities and coordinate IC mismatch resolution.
• Support stock reserve computation and IC ageing analysis.
• Manage GR process, master data and resolve operational issues.
• Track book closure/opening and period-close activities across group entities.
• Handle posting memos and other accounting entries.
• Administer consolidation tools including users, workflows, validation rules and exchange rates.
• Prepare and upload financial data for Non-SAP entities.
• Provide automation support and maintain period-close trackers.
• Coordinate with various group entities to ensure timely closure of books.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting and other stakeholders for consolidation activities.

• Strong knowledge of accounting and consolidation concepts.
• Good exposure to SAP and inter-company reconciliation.
• Knowledge of BPC/GR is preferred.
• Good MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple entities and meet period-close timelines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
