Detailed Job Description

• The Group CFO will lead the group's overall financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring financial stability, effective working capital management, and sustainable business growth.
• The role requires strong experience in B2C businesses, inventory funding, fundraising, financial consolidation, and managing large finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group's finance function, managing a team of 60+ professionals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage fundraising activities, including debt funding, equity funding, and institutional financing, as applicable.
• Oversee inventory funding and ensure adequate financing for business operations.
• Drive working capital optimization, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
• Lead group-level financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and finalization of accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Establish financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices across group entities.
• Support senior management in strategic decisions, profitability improvement, and business expansion.
• Travel as required for business reviews, stakeholder meetings, and financial operations.
