Group Banking & MIS Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage banking operations and relationships with banks and financial institutions at the group level.
• Prepare and maintain banking MIS, fund position reports, facility utilization reports, and repayment schedules.
• Monitor Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), working capital limits, term loans, and other banking facilities.
• Coordinate with banks for renewal, enhancement, and documentation of sanctioned limits.
• Monitor fund flow, cash flow, liquidity, and banking transactions across group companies.
• Track sanctioned versus utilized banking limits and identify funding gaps or excess utilization.
• Understand banking policies, credit appraisal, lending parameters, and bank lending decisions.
• Maintain records of collateral, securities, banking documentation, and financial covenants.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and Management teams for financial reporting and banking requirements.
• Support fund planning, capital requirements, and negotiations with banks and financial institutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, treasury operations, and working capital management.
• Hands-on experience with CC, OD, term loans, and other credit facilities.
• Expertise in financial MIS, banking reports, and advanced MS Excel.
• Understanding of credit appraisal, bank documentation, and facility renewals.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts and banking facilities across group entities.
