Group Account Manager - Brand Reputation (PR background)

They are responsible for growing client relationships, protecting account profitability, ensuring exceptional delivery, and bringing together strategists, consultants and execution teams to consistently deliver work that creates measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Own the Business

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts with complete ownership of revenue, profitability and account health.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and strategic expansion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed commercial parameters while maintaining healthy margins.

Lead Client Partnerships

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Serve as the strategic advisor across ongoing engagements.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic discussions and planning sessions.
• Anticipate client needs before they become requests.

Drive Delivery Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end execution across multiple accounts.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and at the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with strategy, reputation, social listening, influencer and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Build High-Performing Teams

• Mentor and guide Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Create an environment where teams can do their best work.

Commercial & Financial Ownership

• Own account profitability and monitor margin performance.
• Review utilisation, resource allocation and project budgets.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• 4+ years of experience in an integrated communications, PR, digital or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-service engagements.
