Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of ground staff activities such as guest relations, reception, ticketing, back office operations, and data entry operations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks like cabin crew activities, guest service, customer support, and customer relationship management.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Assist with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes for flights.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively.
  
• 0-5 years of experience in aviation industry or related field (back office operations).
  
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications (data entry operation).
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
