Ground Mounted Solar Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar panels, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing components as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with solar panel and Inverter systems to identify root causes and implement solutions using SCADA.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of solar panel installations to ensure optimal performance and identify potential problems before they become major issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy or a related field (solar industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly as they relate to solar power generation.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for identifying faults in complex electronic systems.
