Role Description The Ground Campaign Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Punjab, India, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing field-level political campaign activities. This role involves coordinating local teams, organizing voter outreach programs, managing daily schedules, and tracking progress against campaign targets. The Ground Campaign Manager will supervise data collection and feedback from the field, ensure consistent messaging, and collaborate with strategy teams to refine campaign tactics. Responsibilities include building relationships with local stakeholders, managing logistics for events and canvassing operations, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance and ground realities. The role also requires maintaining high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong campaign management skills, including experience overseeing political or advocacy campaigns and coordinating ground operations.
• Excellent communication abilities, with capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and convey clear, consistent messages.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, organizing resources, managing timelines, and meeting defined objectives.
• Experience with campaigns and sales-oriented outreach, including persuasion, relationship-building, and target achievement.
• Ability to lead and motivate field teams, resolve on-ground challenges, and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
• Familiarity with India's political environment; prior experience in Punjab or similar regions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret ground-level data and provide actionable insights to senior campaign strategists.
• Bachelor's degree in political science, public administration, management, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, based on campaign needs.
