About this role
Experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and IRM best practices.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
- Implement and support:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management (preferred)
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, scheduled jobs, and notifications.
- Configure questionnaires, indicators, control objectives, control testing, risk scoring, and issue management.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using App Engine where required.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and executive scorecards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and solution documentation.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
- Support platform upgrades and evaluate the impact of new ServiceNow releases.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ServiceNow IRM

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in Service Portal or Employee Center customization is an advantage.
- Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Git, Update Sets, and CI/CD deployment practices.
