Graphics Designer - Fresher

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
• Plan and execute social media activities with high quality graphics and short videos
• Help HR team to plan the internal branding activities with posters, after event videos and social media posts

Qualifications

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 0-1 year of experience (academic and professional) with design software (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo and video editing software (add on)
• Understanding of social media working and trends
