Job Summary

Job Title: Graphic / Visual Designer. Job Function: Art / Creative Design. Industry: IT Services / eLearning / Digital Media. Employment Type: Full-Time.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Visual Designer with strong visualization skills, hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and proficiency in AI-powered media creation tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual experiences, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Exposure to the eLearning industry, animation, and interactive content development will be an added advantage.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with visual design, graphic design, and digital media creation.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI tools for image, video, and media content creation.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, and Video Editing.
• Experience in the eLearning industry or digital learning content development.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Animate.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other rapid eLearning development tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design, interactive design, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visualization
   • Create visually appealing graphics, digital assets, illustrations, layouts, and interactive design elements.
   • Translate creative briefs and business requirements into effective visual concepts.
   • Develop high-quality visual mockups, storyboards, and design prototypes.
   • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and design standards.
2. AI-Powered Media Creation
   • Leverage AI-powered design tools to create and enhance images, videos, animations, and other digital media assets.
   • Identify and implement appropriate Generative AI tools to improve creative production efficiency, quality, and scalability.
   • Ensure AI-generated content meets project requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
3. UI/UX & Interactive Design
   • Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces with clear navigation and task flows.
   • Create interactive components and define their visual behavior.
   • Evaluate usability and recommend improvements to existing and new features.
   • Ensure designs are technically feasible and suitable for production.
4. Collaboration & Design Execution
   • Collaborate with designers, developers, instructional designers, and other stakeholders.
   • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and customers to refine design deliverables.
   • Communicate design concepts and creative solutions effectively.
   • Continuously explore innovative design approaches, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities.
5. Technical Skills & Tools
   • Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
   • Motion Graphics & Animation: After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro
   • UI/UX & Prototyping: Adobe XD, InVision, Figma (preferred)
   • eLearning Tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
   • AI Media Creation: Generative AI image creation, AI-assisted video generation, animation, and AI-based editing tools
   • Design Fundamentals: Typography, Composition, Color Theory, Layout, Visual Hierarchy, and Branding

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA), Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Web Design, Multimedia, or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.
• Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Graphics, or Digital Media Production.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools.
• Previous experience in the eLearning industry or a related creative discipline is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visualization capabilities, and design execution is desirable.
