About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic & Social Media Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who has a strong creative portfolio and a good understanding of social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Develop creative content aligned with the brand's identity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and creative formats.
• Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio of graphic design and/or social media work is required.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work from the office/on-site.
