Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer - Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Create Scroll-Stopping Social Content: Design engaging graphics, carousels, social media posts, infographics, and other visual content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Bring Ideas to Life Through Motion: Create short-form motion graphics, animations, reels, explainer videos, and visual transitions that make complex fintech concepts easy and engaging to understand.
• Own Visual Storytelling: Translate marketing concepts, campaign ideas, product features, and business insights into visually compelling stories that capture attention and communicate clearly.
• Design Marketing Campaigns: Support the creative development of campaigns, launches, announcements, product updates, and other marketing initiatives across multiple formats and channels.
• Create Explainer & Educational Content: Design visual content that simplifies topics such as cross-border payments, stablecoins, global payment rails, currencies, and fintech concepts for a business audience.
• Support Brand Design: Help maintain and evolve Echo Money's visual identity across social media, website, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate With the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing, growth, product, and leadership teams to understand briefs, develop creative concepts, and turn ideas into high-quality visual assets.
• Experiment With New Formats: Stay updated with emerging design trends, motion graphics styles, social media formats, and AI-powered creative tools, and experiment with new ways to make our content more engaging.
• Build a Creative Content Library: Help create reusable templates, illustrations, animations, icons, and other visual assets that can accelerate our future content production.

Preferred candidate profile

• You have a strong interest in graphic design, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and digital content.
• You have a good eye for design, typography, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• You are comfortable using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• You have an interest in motion design, animation, reels, and short-form video content.
• You can take a rough idea or brief and turn it into a polished visual concept.
• You understand that good design is not just about looking good it should communicate a message clearly and drive an outcome.
• You are curious about fintech, technology, startups, and global business, and are excited to learn about complex topics and turn them into simple visual stories.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You are excited to work from our Bengaluru office and collaborate closely with the core team.
