In this role, your primary focus will be crafting high-impact static graphic designs, complemented by a strong ability to add movement for our clients. Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Create visually appealing static designs for print, web, branding, and social media channels.
• Motion Graphics: Develop short-form animations, motion assets, animated GIFs, and video transitions to elevate our client’s digital campaigns.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring strict consistency across both static imagery and motion aesthetics.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Communication: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their objectives, pitching design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with emerging graphic design and motion trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically

Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design, paired with a solid working knowledge of

After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics.

• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual pacing for animation.
• Workflow Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate feedback into great design.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively as a flexible team player.
