About the Role

The Graphic & Motion Designer within the Marketing & Corporate Communications (MCC) team will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content that strengthens TresVista's brand and supports its brand marketing, corporate communications, social media, thought leadership, and demand generation initiatives.

The individual will translate content briefs, business narratives, campaign concepts, and communication objectives into compelling visual experiences across static, animated, and video formats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, motion, and brand application, combined with the ability to independently manage projects from concept and creative development through production, editing, and final delivery.

Key Role Deliverables

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, visual treatments for campaigns, content properties, thought leadership initiatives, and corporate communication programs
• Design social media creatives, infographics, data visualizations, presentations, reports, campaign assets, event collateral, digital banners, thumbnails, and other brand communications
• Maintain strong consistency across typography, composition, imagery, layouts, and other elements of TresVista's visual identity
• Build and maintain reusable design templates and visual systems that improve consistency and production efficiency across channels
• Translate static designs and concepts into dynamic visual experiences where motion can improve storytelling and audience engagement
• Develop short-form motion content and platform-specific creative formats for LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Establish and evolve motion design approaches that are consistent with TresVista's brand identity and visual language
• Support and independently execute in-house video shoots and edits for leadership communications, interviews, employee stories, corporate content, events, campaigns, and social media
• Adapt video content into different lengths, aspect ratios, and formats for social media, websites, presentations, events, and internal platforms
• Bring new ideas for visual formats, motion treatments, video concepts, social content, and recurring creative properties
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on business impact, deadlines, and communication priorities
• Explore and adopt AI-enabled design, video, animation, and creative production tools where they can improve quality, efficiency, and creative possibilities

Prerequisites

• Strong hands-on expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, with demonstrated experience creating content for digital, social media, brand, and other digital marketing channels
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro; and other similar tools will be an advantage
• Strong video editing capabilities, with a good understanding of storytelling, sequencing, pacing, sound, transitions, captions, color correction, and platform-specific formats
• Working knowledge of video shooting and production, including camera operation, framing, composition, basic lighting, audio capture, and on-location production
• Experience creating content for B2B, financial services, professional services, technology, or corporate environments will be an advantage
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and translate feedback and business requirements into effective creative outputs
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics across multiple formats

Experience

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual design, motion graphics, video editing, creative production, or related fields.

Education

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

Compensation

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
