Graphic Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
• Develop and oversee visual designs for digital campaigns, presentations, e-learning modules, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, medical, UX, account management, and project management teams.
• Ensure adherence to client branding, design standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Review, provide feedback, and approve creative deliverables before final submission.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workload planning.
• Drive innovation by adopting new design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and After Effects is preferred.
• Excellent visual design, branding, typography, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences communications is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare marketing and omnichannel campaign experience.
• Motion graphics and multimedia design expertise.
• Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
