Graphic Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement visual identity guidelines for the company's packaging design across various product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs that meet brand standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, art direction, and printing techniques.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience as a Graphic Lead or similar role in FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign) and ability to work effectively with other software tools.
• Excellent Art Direction skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand identities through effective communication with stakeholders.
