Graphic Designers Lead

Job Summary

About the Role: FNP is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to drive high-quality, brand-consistent creative across e-commerce and digital marketing channels. The role combines hands-on design with team leadership, ensuring creative work is delivered on time, meets campaign objectives, and maintains a consistent visual standard.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Design: Lead the design of website banners, product-detail-page visuals, landing pages, marketplace content, and promotional campaigns.
• Creative Direction: Develop creative concepts and translate campaign briefs into clear visual direction for the design team.
• Email Marketing: Create and oversee email marketing creatives including campaign banners, offer visuals, product sections, and supporting campaign artwork.
• Paid Media: Lead the creation of paid-media assets for Google and social platforms, including campaign variations and adaptations across relevant formats.
• Merchandise Print: Create and oversee artwork for packaging, labels, inserts, point-of-sale materials, apparel graphics, and event collateral.
• Team Management: Allocate work, set priorities, review output, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior designers through clear feedback, creative reviews, and practical support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, product, content, and CRM teams to deliver effective campaign and business assets.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints, templates, and campaign materials.
• Asset Management: Keep source files, templates, and asset libraries organized to support efficient team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of graphic design experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, digital marketing, or agency environments.
• At least 1-2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring junior designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce design, paid-media creatives, email marketing creatives, and promotional campaign work.
• Merchandise, packaging, or print design experience is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of digital design, responsive layouts, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
• Working knowledge of creative requirements for paid advertising across Google and social platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
