Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality design work for branding, marketing collateral, social media, web graphics, and presentations.
• Design and maintain visual assets that are consistent with our clients' brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and project managers to deliver cohesive final products.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and work is produced to the highest standard.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and design techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
• A strong and diverse online portfolio showcasing your creative thinking and design skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong illustration skills (digital or traditional).
