Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Aurangabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and classroom materials that align with Ignite Academy’s brand and educational objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, designing layouts, refining typography, and producing graphics that clearly communicate information about courses, events, and exam preparation. The role involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams, adapting designs to different platforms, and ensuring consistency in branding across all materials. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, manage multiple design projects, and contribute creative ideas to enhance student engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating work for digital and/or print media.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Good understanding of social media and marketing visuals, especially for educational or training institutions.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; comparable practical experience is also valued.
