Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role involves designing visual assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials, maintaining consistency with each client’s brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts, developing logos, refining typography, and collaborating with copywriters and account managers to produce cohesive, client-ready content. The Graphic Designer will translate creative briefs into engaging visual concepts, prepare files for digital publication, and iterate designs based on feedback. The role also includes staying updated on design trends and tools to enhance the quality and impact of client work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and brand-appropriate content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain distinctive visual identities for diverse clients.
• Proficiency in Typography, including selecting and pairing typefaces that support clear and engaging communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, original design work across social media and digital marketing assets.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate effectively within a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and openness to constructive feedback and iteration.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
