Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
• Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns, aligning with the brand’s visual language.
• Produce design concepts, layouts, and mockups that effectively communicate brand aesthetics and product messaging.
• Ensure that all creative materials are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and message across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging designs.
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and packaging teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for campaigns, products, and events.
• Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the beauty and cosmetics industry, to create fresh, innovative design solutions.
• Ensure the designs reflect the latest industry trends, aesthetics, and customer expectations.
• Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications and skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
