Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at Nakhrali’s Bhopal location, collaborating closely with the design, marketing, and Style Team. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets for digital and print campaigns, designing lookbooks, social media content, and promotional materials that align with Nakhrali’s brand identity. The role involves developing logos, patterns, and branding elements for collections, as well as supporting packaging, labels, and in-store visuals. The Graphic Designer will translate creative briefs into compelling designs, maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, and prepare production-ready files. This role also includes participating in concept discussions, staying current with design trends in luxury ethnic fashion, and iterating designs based on feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually cohesive assets across digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities for collections and sub-labels.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for type hierarchy, readability, and stylistic fit for luxury ethnic fashion.
- Advanced competency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating work in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site studio environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing requirements, including formats and best practices for visual content.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
