Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communication collateral. Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned concepts, designing logos and visual identities, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring consistent use of brand guidelines across all designs. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into clear and compelling visual stories. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, manage multiple design requests, and contribute ideas to improve overall visual communication and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating creative, business-focused design work.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
