Graphic Designer – Clean Beauty Startup Location: [On-site /Indore] We’re a fast-paced

sustainable beauty startup building clean, planet-first products—and bold visuals to match. We’re looking for a

hands-on Graphic Designer who can think fast, design faster, and use both

design software and AI tools to create work that stands out.

What You’ll Do

• Design scroll-stopping creatives for

packaging & labels ,

social media, website, ads, campaigns, and launches

• Build and evolve our

brand system —from brand books and templates to presentations and digital assets

• Translate raw ideas and quick briefs into

impactful visuals

• Use

AI tools to accelerate design workflows without losing brand quality

• Manage multiple tasks, fast turnarounds, and changing priorities like a pro
• Ensure everything looks consistent, intentional, and on-brand

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in design software like

CorelDraw ,

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); and more.

• Comfortable using

AI-powered design tools (image generation, enhancements, layout support)

• Prior experience with

beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or sustainability brands is a plus

• A sharp eye for detail, typography, and storytelling
• Ability to work

fast, independently, and with clarity

• Good

written communication skills —you get the brief and execute without hand-holding
