Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, in-store signage, menus, packaging, and promotional materials for Maiz Mexican Kitchen and Harvest Salad Co. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining brand visuals, producing layouts and typography, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and translating campaign ideas into compelling designs. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, preparing files for production, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance. The Graphic Designer will also support new store launches and seasonal campaigns with timely, high-quality graphic content.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging assets across digital and print formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and evolving brand identities and visual systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and consistent application across materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital asset management.
- Relevant experience in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is beneficial, along with a portfolio demonstrating creative, brand-aligned work.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
