Job description: Job Description: Graphic Designer Experience: 1–2 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs that capture audience attention and support our digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, especially in creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails, along with the ability to develop creative assets for various digital platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality and engaging YouTube thumbnails with a focus on improving click-through rates (CTR).
• Create creative digital assets including social media creatives, banners, promotional designs, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Apply strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with current design trends, YouTube trends, and audience preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong experience in designing high CTR YouTube thumbnails.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create engaging and effective digital designs.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube trends and audience psychology will be an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines. -
