Company Description ROL Lifescience is a growing organization in the agriculture and life sciences sector.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and product-related illustrations. Daily tasks include developing concepts from briefs, designing layouts aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and preparing files for production or web use. The role involves managing multiple design projects, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all channels. The Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) , visual layout and video editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in branding and marketing design, including creating social media assets, brochures, and presentations.
• Candidates should possess skills in typography, color theory, and composition to produce clear, engaging visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in digital file preparation for web and print, including export settings, formats, and basic production requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry, is beneficial.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals is required.
• Effective communication, time management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad are essential.
