Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can move seamlessly between building brands and creating content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both brand identity and day-to-day design, from developing logos and visual systems to creating social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations and marketing collaterals. You'll work closely with our strategy, content and creative teams to ensure every piece of communication feels cohesive, thoughtful, and on-brand.

What You'll Do - Design engaging social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations and marketing collaterals - Develop brand identities including logos, typography systems, colour palettes and visual languages - Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and creative executions - Create designs across digital, print, packaging, and other brand touchpoints - Adapt brand identities across different formats while maintaining consistency - Collaborate with strategists, content writers, and video teams to bring campaigns to life - Present design concepts with clear rationale and incorporate feedback effectively - Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of craft and attention to detail

What We're Looking For: - 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency, branding studio, or design agency - A portfolio that demonstrates experience across both: Brand identity design (logos, visual systems, brand guidelines) and Social media, campaign creatives, and marketing collateral - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Figma is a plus) - Ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working on multiple brands and projects simultaneously
