Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Kottayam in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets for digital advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, refining brand visuals, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories, preparing files for digital publication, and adapting designs based on feedback and performance insights. The Graphic Designer will also help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, stay current with design trends and tools, and deliver projects within set timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print applications.
• Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with client identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and engaging designs.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience in digital advertising or marketing design.
• Ability to work on-site in Kottayam, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
